What app/program did you use to play this song? I searched for an hour and I couldn't find an online piano this big.

I recorded the MIDI in Cubase (with a piano VST), and the visualiser is a screen recording from Synthesia. Although I think I might have been able to find an online piano supporting the full range in the past, if you have a MIDI keyboard with all 88 keys.
