the peeps talking about the wrap preventing rust, well, yes, it will hide the defects, but the rust will continue to develop (underneath) and will eventually "surface-plate" and penetrate the wrap. I've had my lab for 45 years and Tesla is one of my clients. There's NO way to prevent this, as the oxides within the feedstock is impossible to remove. Rail-dust is B/S!!

Probably needs another 5% to match perfectly, front is slightly brighter.

Thank you for this video. I have a model X coming in tomorrow that I am redoing because I was not using any of these techniques! I did figure out easy way to bottom load front doors by pulling the exterior trim though! I tried installing the windshield by myself and it was a mess haha 😅

This place does awesome work I had my tesla model 3 windows tinted and they did the best job ever highly recommended them

Had a windshield protection sheet placed on my the outside of my Model X Plaid, it looked like looking through a light diffusion/blurry image layer. Like some smeared a light coat of vasaline to my front window. I had it immediately removed after driving around the corner. Maybe you're using a different external protection sheet, but man I hated it. So watch out for that.

Nice detailed work on the windshield and taking out all the trim up the window!
