@@rawman44 you forgot jfa. the rest of the game has a forgettable soundtrack with a few exceptions, and the trial theme is definitely one of them. comparing it to 2001, it feels MUCH heavier and darker, really making you feel that things are getting harder and trickier.

Played other ace attorney games and finished those games but haven’t played this game yet so don’t know about this game story

Why do y'all think it sucked? I rather enjoyed it! I think it was one of the better games in the series!

@@averagechannelname9969 off the top of my head (it’s been a few months since I first played it) Almost none of the characters this game introduced were likable and many were annoying. Having 3 lawyers created too much clutter so the new lawyer (Athena) could not be expanded upon so she remained as unlikable to me as she was when the game forced her down my throat. Apollo Justice (the game), whether you like it or not it started some plot threads that got completely dropped by this game partially due to Athenas inclusion (also a weird avoidance of soiling a previous game in the series). The game very much held you hand. You couldn’t investigate any area (leading to a lot of missing charm), the game always explicitly told you where to go, and this is the game that introduced the journal. I actually like the journal, but we only needed it, not everything else to be dummied down. This one is more personal but I really don’t like the 3D art style. It lost a lot of charm the 2D sprites had, and I can’t stand how it can’t decide whether or not it wants to emulate the 2d sprites or be fully 3D. I know I had other issues but I can’t think of them right now :P

@@tantris2876 we’re talking about Dual Destinies in particular not the entire series. The rest of the serious is at worst decent (I liked Apollo justice fight me)

@@heyitsanotherben Apollo Justice gets way to much flack. I really like it. I do understand where you're coming from. I personally really like Athena and want her to get her own game/a game with more focus on her due to the clutteredness of having 3 Attorneys. Curious on what you think of SoJ then since it still has the 3 attorneys? One thing that I do prefer in DD is that the game went wild without getting to out of control like SoJ did in the final case.

Yes I never played partners in time before so I don’t know much about it
