Sir, you shot her and didn't want to bury her because you thought a shovel would make too much noise? Some inconsistancy there.

Southernors being happy to accept aid when they're in trouble and then getting worried about returning the favor is the most painfully accurate part of the story. Can't tell you how many times you see that shit on the news from Republicans saying that states should have just been run better and taxes should be going to roads and not other states.

It’s a good story, but as with all stories like this, I wish we had a teeny bit of explanation. Who is this guy, who is the girl, who is the flame lady? What do they even have to do with the world? I like things to be more in depth. But still, very atmospheric here in the dead of winter.

I don't want to be rude, but something about the sounds quality and softness of the narration makes this very hard for me to hear, even at louder volumes. Other stories you've done sound just fine though so I'm not certain I understand the process of recording and uploading enough to be able to offer suggestions. The closed captions don't seem to match the words you're saying either but that's NOT on you. I'll listen on very loud volume after everyone else leaves for work.

To this day I feel like you should be listened to more than the big creepypasta youtubers. I found you because of your narrations for "Weird stuff I've seen as a Marine" and that led me to " I'm a park ranger..." a few years ago, and that has quite literally curated my taste in scary stories in a way that has left me dissatisfied with about 95% of everything I've tried to listen to since, including all of the new accounts that have popped up in the wake of the "staircases in the woods" craze that happened. I mean it has sent me down a serious rabbit hole of scraping the absolute bottom of the barrel for this kind of stuff. Idk, something about most narrators I listen to kind of annoys me or makes me feel like they are doing it for a paycheck rather than because they like the story and enjoy what they do. And even for the stories you narrate that are God awful, I just never get that vibe from you. I hope one day you get the recognition you deserve. P.S: I have this complaint for most youtubers, but if you want me to buy a shirt (which I do want to) make a black collared button up shirt with your logo (Idk, "Natures Temper" in blue blood splatter type lettering) where a frocket would be (preferably on the right), and put a werewolf howling at the moon on the back (saturated in a bluish color but a bright white moon) or something, and I would pay a good 40-60 for that and even more if it was embroidered, and be proud to wear that out and tell people what it's from. Just saying. I'm also hitting the bell just to be sure that if you decide to do that I'll notice it and be able to pick one up.

Your right...there are many being lazy as well, instead of writing their own imagination fused stories..they're using AI now ..AI Stories and AI narrating.. absolutely awful. This guy makes the listening worth while.

That story seemed like an old folk tale out of the Netherlands or of perhaps Slavic areas. I simply loved it! It was quite interesting and left me with a warm, nostalgic feeling. I love old folk tales from all countries, and their mythologies. Thank you!

Welp I’ll say this….,honestly if it was really the end of the world most people are going to be shit ppl that survive for any amount of time (not all ppl mind you but a huge portion will be shit ppl) main character is a shit person but kudos to the author for not making it the same ol same ol I’m a good person and will take the moral high road……great story from the author and as always a great narration:……have a wonderful day from Murfreesboro, Tennessee!

Lol, of course people are upset. It’s like they expect a survival apocalypse to work like a Disney movie, where everything resolves neatly and everyone lives happily ever after. Get real.

Great story! I don’t know why everybody’s complaining about the protagonist. If you really wanna watch a predictable boring zombie movie or TV show go watch The Walking Dead, or 28 days later 🙄 Personally, this seems exactly like what a lot of people would do 🤷♀️
