I'm watching this because I stopped playing the game and DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO, and half of the video you're not even at the drug lab, thought the whole video I hardly know where you are because 1. You cut everything after 5 goddamn seconds and 2. You don't show your coordinates immediately after you have cut the video. So annoying.

Hi DTG, I was wondering if the results would be similar for a female and if it would be the same time frame with our body fat differences (namely that women should carry a bit more fat than men)

Yes and no. The fat loss would not be as quick only because men use a larger daily calorie burn which includes the fat calories, but it is also based on size. A 300lb woman will lose way more fat daily than a 200lb man. So it varies based on body size, composition and misc factors. Great question though! A buff woman with a lot of muscile could outdo men in that department, but you also have to let your body get used to it. Someone that teachers their body how to burn fat for fuel over time will be able to burn more fat as well and confinue to perform normal daily life. Someone new to it needs to start slow, stay motivated and push through new goals each attempt.

Start slow, listen to your body and how you feel. I will go into the electrolyte mix on the day 3 video. However I would start with Intermittent fasting. Maybe an 18/6 or even a 19/5. See how you feel. After a week of that maybe try to throw in a 12 hour, then if you do well there, do a 24. Never try to fast multiple days until you can tackle one.

Useful tips, thanks for posting. I will come back to this when I have progressed farther. You had already earned a Like, but you earned a Sub by expanding my vocabulary. Caddywhompas (if that's how you spell it?) is my new favourite word. And you bet I'm gonna use it whenever I get the chance!

very nice video. i recommend adding some background music, and maybe lowering the game sfx volume, so your voice is more understandable and clearer. good work!

Thank you. I sometimes find it hard to balance game vs mc, but totally agree. My son does a lot of the music work for the channel. Happy to get him to work up some more tracks. Seems like whenever I use "free license" music, I always get hit with copywrite down the raod

Great video, i hadn't realized you could upgrade the walls to stone. Played the game as it was on sale on Steam. Its very like stranded deep but without the story, its a real pity that they didn't go the same way with a story line, after 4 or 5 hours you are self sustaining with farming and i cant see anything else to do. The only interesting point we found was you can put locks on your base doors and have up to 10 people on a server online. Maybe a good online game if you had a large group of people to start rival camps.

You should give Vintage Story, similar but more in depth, has a story, graphics are amazing. Oh, and mods galore that are free unless you want to support them.

Is there a trick to getting everything to snap into place? I can't seem to get the floors together properly.

The floors were a bit tricky, but I found it was due to 1) where i'm standing and 2) the level of the ground. If the ground is not level they don't turn green. Hopefully they can work on that one a bit.

Auto launch doesn’t seem to work if you go into your station and order something or look in the rocket’s inventory before launch. It will work for me as long as I leave it alone. Otherwise I have to do a manual launch.

I had an issue with auto launch too. I found that you have to set the auto launch first. Then once the inventory is full on the rocket it will take off

Last comment. I know I am not the "norm" for the type of video that that masses like. But you put in the time to play a full game "or EA or Beta" and I would watch hours worth of a play through without cuts. Like I said I know I am not normal, just thought I would give my oppinion.

From the large crusher you can build more "Semi-Trailers" that are like a box trailer IRL, that has a bunch of storage on them. You can then store the different trailers in the garage.

First the more slots you fill up in the processor the higher the calories. 4 potatoes will be high in calories. Second you do not have to sit on toilette. Just flush. You can flush each toilette once a day.

Yes. Once you trip out the first time it will show a path through the rocks. If you go through that it will be towards the left along the river. Should see a path if you follow the river to the left.
