I listen to this specific one because I love the sound of the rain it’s so soothing and definitely has improved my sleep I also like this one cause the picture dark so it doesn’t make my tv screen to bright in the night(I’d find a video that was a black screen but my bf doesn’t like to be in complete darkness)

i’ve been sleeping to white noise since i was born. my old white noise machine died since it is nearly 20 years old maybe more. this is the perfect sound for me to sleep to and i am pretty picky about the type of noise. absolutely perfect i give it a 15/10❤❤
