I love being full of inflammation because of only eating vegetables. Gorrilas, elephants and rhinos eat it and they are big and strong... But they also have huge guts to ferment the vegetation and to fit enough food in them to live. Meanwhile the smaller animals have to chew the cud just to break down the food to ingest it. And cows have how many stomachs to process their food. Lol. Eating vegan leaves you gassy, always hungry and shitting all the time.

Dr. McDougal claims that there has never been a case of protein deficiency and a glucose molecule cannot turn into a fat molecule. We are starchivores. I like to say carbivores.

This is EXCELLENT and so clear and wise, that I am thrilled to share with people who eat animals. To add to this though, for those who really want optimal health, we actually are frugivores and our species specific diet is fruits with raw tender greens added and occasional nuts. Nuts actually are also fruits. Although they do cook cashews.

We aren't carnivores, nor are we herbivores. We're frugivores.

Hey there! I enjoyed your video! One thing I noticed is that with a few small changes in your video description and tags, you could reach an even wider audience. It’s just a small SEO tweak that could make a big difference. I’d be happy to share some tips if you’re interested!

Here are the top five most commonly consumed plant foods globally and an approximate estimate of animal deaths attributed to their cultivation, harvesting, and transportation: 1. Wheat: Estimated 2.5 billion small animals, including insects, birds, and mammals, die annually from harvesting and pesticide use. 2. Rice: Estimated 1.5 billion deaths mostly impacting amphibians, aquatic insects, and small mammals in paddy fields 3. Corn (Maize): Approximately 3.5 billion animals, including insects and small mammals, die due to pesticides and mechanical harvesting 4. Soybeans: Estimated 1 billion small animals, primarily insects, rodents, and birds, impacted yearly, largely due to deforestation and pesticide application 5. Potatoes: Around 500 million deaths, affecting insects and soil organisms during cultivation and pesticide use.

Deep appreciation and respect for Dr Stanger. Brilliant educator--such deep knowledge and masterful way of explaining things. And thank you, Vegan Society of Hawaii, for all you do and all you make available for our continued learning. Thank you all. Peace.

I saw this live, or at least it wasn't edited. I understand why it was edited, but I'm not sure I agree with the editing. Dr. Esselstyn is such a wonderful resource and inspiration to so many of us... the entire world should hear all his information. It would be just a better world all around if everybody's doctor treated their patients like he does (and other doctors like him).
