A road leads up to the hike. The hike it self is short, maybe 5-10 mins long.

The ideal spot is between devil's elbow and eagle creek. You can get to it on Northside Dr. Once there I suggest scouting for the shot you want. Good Luck!

You forgot to go to the best spot bro, its in the park you just have to cross the big field and then you'll see this big tree and some pavement around it. You can see the dodgers stadium and downtown LA.

That last spot brings memories back lol. I went to Solano Avenue Elementary School which is down that hill and live in Amador St which is the entrance to hwy101. I rode my bike up that bridge almost every night to check out the epic view 👍 makes me wanna go back. I would have to drive/flight from Atlanta to L.A thanks for the video
