Why they tarmac some parts possibly the middle one it’s just they have to cover one side as they allow traffic to flow then when that side is done then shift traffic to finished lane...thanks for the video

U must be a kadaama working in arab countries where they have wide roads while not appreciating the fact that most of these roads are going through people's land who will need lots of money for compesation incase u want to displace them to make wider roads but also these are just feeder roads leading to residential properties
