Can I ask how your battery life is? I live in eastern Canada where autumn can get around the freezing point overnight and my camera usually will end up taking between 50-100 pictures a week. My current cameras all take eight AA batteries and usually last about 2-3 months, depending on which camera it is and how many pics it takes. I normally put my cameras out a month or so before hunting season (mid Aug), and leave them out till mid Nov or so.
