Some of the best dungeons in XIV are the level 50 capstone dungeons. Dungeons back then were not just simply - pack pack wall, pack pack boss, repeat x2. The dungeons had some sort of interaction or structure, or at least attempted it. No joke. Wanderers (Hard) for example. Releasing the tonberries to open a secret passage to progress, hitting levers to open the way etc - minor interactions but add a little bit of interest to the run. Especially when those interactions could be triggered early to open the way before clearing the trash, so take on the challenge of an even bigger pack of trash.
