I use a 480 with a 6600k and suddenly the frames are super unstable used to get constant 60 fps on ultra but now it sucks

Ramie I was using hardware encoding. Using AMD, high quality and quality preset. Keyframe interval set at 2 and I set OBS priority to high

i3 4170 should be fine. I had a Pentium G4560 before getting the i5 6500 and that worked fine as well. As long as you have four threads, you should be good. It would be even better if you had 16GB of ram as well.

I used NVENC to stream. High Quality 6000 Bit rate Level: Auto pretty much it.
