It still kills me that the public and media slept on this album. It was some of their finest work. Having watched the Hutchence documentary, it seemed Michael was the one who pushed for the band to do a low-key pub tour, whereas major promoters were pounding on their door and advising them to do a grand "ZooTV" type of tour. Michael refused and they suffered for it commercially, never really recovering. Don't get me wrong. It was amazing to see them in a small venue, but that choice hurt them in the long run.

I danced on that episode and was fortunate to meet Michael and get to know him a bit the next year at the American Music Awards. He kissed me on the cheek and I will never forget him. ❤

oh god, I remember this like it was yesterday. I remember running to tape it on my inxs clips vhs. how I wish I was running for news of michael still, how I miss him.
