I climbed to just before this bit some years ago. The wet rock put me right off and after seeing the video I am glad I didn't make the attempt!

@RobRoy2012 I wouldn't fancy trying it in wet rock and would probably have abandoned it myself.Had more difficulty decending and one of the slabs was a bit tricky trying to get my body in the right position.😱 Out of all the Munros I have done , most of my squeaky bum moments have happened on Skye and there is only 12 of them.😃

Hi Marie,screenshot away.This was my 3rd attempt at Alasdair.I found the top of the chimney a wee bit squeaky bum as i got hit with a wind at that point.🙄 As for compleation ....maybe missed my chance as the weather was pants with my 2 weeks off work.Not going to finish the rest unless the weather is good and enough daylight.xx

Thanks Brian,yeah met the guys just before you reach the track to the dam.2 weeks off work and these 2 mountains were the only ones I got in due to the weather being all over the place.😪 See how it fares to get the last 3 ,but not going to go for them unless it's a good forecast.😃

Thanks Ally.Weather has been crap the last few weeks.😪.I am into my 2nd week off work on holiday and the weather has scuppered my plans to get the Munros finished.Just to let you know , this day of filming was Angus the boat man's last day of the season for taking hikers up the Loch.If u go in there u will need to "Walk the Loch"😱😱He will resume again April next year.🤔

@itsablack1 yeah,I have already done this circuit years ago.Good for a return under different conditions as there was snow on them first time and was our very first cloud inversion. 3 to go now but the weather is not the best for going away to get them so chose to do this as a day hike.😃👍

Such a similar start to Frank and Brian's day wasn't it Andy,lol.I thought that was me all day on the 1st summit but when my clouds broke ,the views were pretty good. 2 in Fisherfield and 1 in Knoydart to go.✔️✔️✔️🏴 Glad u like the music.I have a varied tastes in music ,pretty similar to Murchies mountains as we have spoke about it in the past.😀👍

@abelmcbride-scotland Thanks pal.Was a tough day and so glad I got the last boat of the season.Coming off the last top at over 750m,I could see a grassy trail and was like ..Yasss a path down.Got to about the 600m mark and it dropped straight off down,steep as feck through all sorts of crap and to be greeted with a fern field 🤣🤣right down to 250m.🥵🥵🥵Mission accomplished but weather gonnie screw up the rest of the plan..🤔

Thanks Geoffrey.😃 Kept saying to myself on the descent that I was so lucky not to have a lochside walk back to the car.It really was a slog to go round these having waterproofs on and taking them off to having to put them back on again.Total respect for anyone that does the 12 of these Munro as a circuit carrying camping gear.I could never do it.🥵👏

That was a right slog Frank.🥵Was so lucky to get Angus to take me up on has last day of the season otherwise from Sunday u would be walking the Loch.Noticed u were on a different boat from me.💰💰💸 4 times I had full waterproofs on and off.Glad to finally get these 4 done.Weather not good for my 2 weeks off to finish them.🙁

@thelifeofbrian282 Thanks Brian.Never slept too well with the camping malarky.🤣🫣I think the blow up mat was too thin and my pillow wasnae high enuff.I'm no a camper convert yet,lol.Pal was fine.He's not out regular these days so was feeling it a bit.1st night we had a camping stove meal,but the Pub meal next night was fecking tremendous.🤣🤣Long day for these 2 and a will go back in for Ladhar Bheinn. 😀👍🏴

@andythemunroeater9884 Hey Andy, just that 1st summit for me in the clouds.As soon as I descended to the Bealach and looked back up guess what?......it had cleared.🤣🤣🤣 Yeah ,Mam Barrisdale pass walkout was not as good condition I thought it would be.The middle section was a bit of a bogfest,eh ?😱 1st time after a walk sitting watching a sunset beside a tent was awesome.Good bit of chat with fellow campers. I have 7 left to go now.Choosing my weather wisely now for heading out.U will not be far behind me the speed and numbers u do each trip,lol. Big respect for ur effort pal.😃👏👏

Cracking Andy and thanks for the views! We were over a few weeks ago and didnt see a thing for the three munros! Committed to boomings and holidays 😢😢😢. We took a different ascent route though. I wasnt walking up all those ferns so we continued up the track a fair bit and cut straight up the hill. It was steep but mostly grassy. After we got to the first one it was just rain clouds and winds...it was cracking to see it all clear up for you! Looked amazing 😊.What about the walk back? A long way eh!, a real toughie. Maybe i will go back another time! Well done on the camping too! Did you sleep well? 😂😂😂😂😂Paul

@PAADVENTURES1 Thanks Paul,the sleeping in a tent malarky was murder.🤣🤣Tossed and turned all night.Get a better sleep in my car. 3 weekends we waited to get a half decent weather forecast for this and would say that is the hardest doubler I have done.The walk out was loooong🥵I thought the Mam Barrisdale path would have been in better nick as the middle section was a complete bog.😃🏴👍
