There are many reasons to get a DNA test. One reason is to insure that two recessive genes don't combin to make the child vunerable to inherited diseases.

Welcome to being a genetic chimera, or, more likely, the kid of one. Odds are the father actually has two sets of DNA sequences, and there were two sperm that impregnated eggs, causing there to be twins from the same father and mother, but with differing genetic sequences because of shenanigans.

But if they share no DNA, as stated repeatedly, that means they share no relatives at all. It would mean one of them is not biologically related to anyone in their family.

This sounds just like my family life and my babyish 18yo brother, who is autistic. My dad died of cancer several months ago and he was horrible and spiteful towards our dad the whole time he was sick, for no reason. He just thought he could get away without. He still disrespects our great mom every day 😔 I don't know how he can be so heartless, even with autism.
