I'm an operator. I went from a facility with a brand new machine and staff that stayed on top of thing's to and facility with the opposite setup. This is for my edification. Thanks.

It would be helpful if the video showed it when bending parts, particularly long parts, like 90" when bending end flanges. These are particularly difficult for humans as you have to whip up a heavy part.

Six months into running a press brake, after 15+ years of machining. I've ran parts with as many as 14 bends. Another interesting one was 8 bends using 5 different die sets, 1 offset die set, 1/8" knife punch, 3/8" gooseneck punch, 3/8" knife punch, 1/4" window punch, all paired up with standard Vee dies.

If there are high surface finish requirements when edge bending/press brake, the Swedish product Tribotextil™ can be applied in the bending/pressing tool and mechanically protect the sheet metal from scratches and other damages. Tribotextil™ is an extremely thin and very strong textile that in this process replaces lubricants in the tool.
