To anyone that is watching this old video, blender has since added a "menu switch" node that allows you to make a drop down menu to select whatever data you plug into it. But with that said this video is an excellent demonstration of a clunky but great hack you needed to do before the switch menu existed. :)

Trying to enter -1*(((frame_current-1)%frame_duration)+1)+(round(Input_5)%frame_duration) results in me getting a invalid python expression on Blender 4.0 Ive checked to ensure the pathing i used was correct. does anyone know if this was broken or if there is a adjustment needed for newer blender versions?

Are the jolly ranchers safe for the ants? I want to feed them out of compassion but it occurred to me what if it can hurt them? Especially the food coloring/dye, I heard for example that it can harm hummingbirds if you put it in the sugar water that you feed them

It does work, had some trouble cus I forgot to remove the the rest of the uv faces from the detail uv map where they werent needed. Also had to make sure the background normal was the one that had blank space to accomodate the detail uv. Edit, I feel like this was way easier to pull off in blender 2.

Mine was mad wonky because my empties where children of other objects driving their position. Setting both their Object Info to Relative fixed the issue.
