What an amazing place. I just wish they wouldn't put Christmas decorations on the staircase. It kinda ruins it. The rest is just superb. I hope i could go there some day.

Unfortunately, I do not have a video of the drive up. But this particular cabin is very high in the mountains, and the driveway is very steep. We made it up with a two-wheel drive SUV, but a couple times the tires did slip.

Might as well. Bernie Leadon is basically retired, and Randy Meisner and Glenn Frey have gone on to a better world. Don Felder was kicked out years ago. No coming back. Henley forgot to introduce Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmidt. What happened, Don Henley?

Thanks for taping this introduction. This is just not rock and roll with so many people on the stage it seems similar to a Friendly Sons of St Patrick dias …..Don Henley is just trying to make it interesting for himself with this bombastic pompous display of the Eagles which started out as four guys on a stage. True the Eagles would be on packaged summer tours each year without Don Henley ever bring in the band because Glen Frey had a limited range of talent. Don Felder’s searing guitar skills lifted the Eagles into the rock stratosphere. Yet, all along Don Henley was the secret sauce and made the Eagles unique.
