Imperial Crosshair is the closest weve gotten from an imperial loyalist on the front lines. Id love like a 4 episode miniseries on a stormtrooper’s entire POV on the front, never defects so we get a true understanding as to why so many people stick with the empire. There’s so many imperial defector stories that it makes wonder how their military stays operational for so long. Gimme a story where he stays loyal so we understand why the machine keeps running

Okay way too dark. And what is the point of the story? That the Empire brainwashes its soldiers? We already knew that. Try again. You guys have talent but you need better storytelling. Understand people for a change. Understand what Star Wars is. It's good versus evil. And if you're siding with evil then you're not understanding the moral of the lesson.

@LetsDoTheWholeFuckingVillage; normal people don't round up entire populations and kick them off their planet or use their planet for their natural resources and gut all livable landscape. This is what we would consider bad in the real world. Things that gets all countries in trouble and including the USA in the real world. Good people do not have trumped up courts that put people in work camps without trial or legal representation. All attempts to make the Empire or its soldiers look morally ambivalent are twisted and do not show the reality of what really happened in the war. The Empire was a sadistic, racist, violent government based on IRL Nazi government in the '30s and 40s. And no one on planet Earth today would consider them normal. The most realistic content shows imperial soldiers witnessing the war crimes their government is committing and realizing they're on the wrong side. Because that's what a normal person, and what a normal German did in the 1940s.
