Good save brother, way to calmly talk him through the whole situation firmly and kindly. That could have been really bad, the guy that went in was panicking horribly. He shouldn’t go that far from shore, he’s inexperienced and dangerous. Glad you are both okay.

what about paperwork, do you get a title or cert of orgin? in NJ we have to title it just bc of the electric motor so we need paperwork? thanks for this video

Here in MD you need a title if you use a motor. When I bought it at bass pro they registered it for me and I renewed it for free. Very nice kayak/boat. Pls check the link in the description for the accessories I installed

Not true. This kayak is heavy. On top unless your big guy and don't care too much about banging your vehicle a bit. Plus those rail handles are next to worthless for lifting. Way too much flex. Love the kayak but loading this way truly sucks.

I'm getting one soon and I'm gonna get a motor but how hard is it actually to paddle... I know it's not the easiest from how chunky it is

I’m excited for you. My advice is if you fish in the ocean you better install a 2.5hp gas motor. Trolling motor is good too when the sea is calm or even 1ft swell still okay. I’m going to get my 2.5hp this spring. I can use my trolling motor in the lake. Paddling this kayak is not fun especially when you catch a big marlin its heavy. You need a longer paddle
