To confirm where exactly the noise is coming from kindly put in another cartridge, might be a used cartridge or an empty cartridge you dont use anymore, if the problem stopped then problem is likely from the cartridge

You need to put your finger into the paper feed area roll the white gear with your finger till it clicks into place, that will clear the error, but you should look inside with a light for any piece of paper stuck in the feed area first

Raise the top area of the scanner up so you can view the transport rollers, something is hindering the transport rollers.

I have a Kodak i4250 Scanner and it is not turning on. Only the red light on the start pause button flashes 3 times in a row, stops and flashes 3 times again in a loop. The display does not turn on. The power supply does not display 24 volts. What can it be?

The problem is from the power supply, some components on it is bad, like the capacitors, transistor etc...remove the power supply and test with read the components with a multimeter...

2 Printers back from the repair shop and now they still don't work, new problems. One has printer fail on yellow pass, it stops & cancels the print and takes yellow page back inside. The other printer has a paper jam, but no obstruction is clear as to why it's doing it. Always gets stuck immediately.

0101 Cover Open Fail happening even though the front is closed and seemingly locked like normal. Tried opening it up and redoing it several times. If I move the door to the left it reloads and then gets same fail back again. Sometimes it starts printing and fails after one prints saying the cover is open. Any ideas how I can fix this? Or does it need to bem sent in?

Yes tha is possible, however not all IKE PABX is programmable, ensure your model of IKE PABX is among the model that is programmable.

Success. Replaced the unit on my HP this morning. No more streak down the center of the page. Pretty bad a seller with good feedback on ebay lied to me though. Anyways, laser/scanner swap is difficult for beginners. If you have done stuff like this it isn't too bad on HP lasers.
