The Yamaha Stage Custom may be sold as a beginner kit, but it is much more than an outstanding beginner kit. Many intermediate drummers as well as professionals have been playing the SC for years. The birch shells resonate well and the UT Remo stock heads also hold up well.

You're exactly right @edwardkaminsky8142. The Stage Custom is way more than a beginner kit and video doesn't do the beauty of the kit justice. we would recommend it for every level of player, that's for sure. thank you for watching and commenting!

Just bought a Fender American Ultra 70th Anniversary Amethyst. I'm not a huge Strat fan, but I love this one.

@IndyRockStar, you got yourself one really NICE guitar. Perhaps it will make you a Strat fan in the long run.

I scored one of these today, out of curiosity what does the G stand for in the front?
@ntunemusicandsound3 ай бұрын
We all assume that the "G" in the model number just lets everyone know that it is a Gretsch.

What kind of battery does this use? And how do you replace the battery when it reaches the end of its life? I looked in the manual and strangely, there was no mention of battery replacement that I could even find. Did I miss something? Thank you.
@ntunemusicandsound5 ай бұрын
Thank you for watching the video. Yamaha doesn't actually state anything about the built in battery other than it's a 1,400 mA Li-ion battery and that play time is about 3 hours when not connected to power, which uses a Micro USB connector.

@@ntunemusicandsound yea, usb micro in 2024 is a big deal for me. also no way to record on the device sadly and the more expensive model just meh.

It’s an ash body not a ash body. An outstanding not a outstanding. When the right way is just as easy as the wrong way, why not do it the right way? Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, Jimmy Vaughn & Robert Cray, need I say more?

@@ntunemusicandsound Jeff Baxter is an actual Genius: he's a self taught Government Advisor-Consultant Rocket Scientist besides being a genius guitarist that played with Steely Dan no less. Talk about "street cred" !
