It was very disappointing. My wife's mother came to Japan for the first time from overseas and booked a lunch cruise to keep her good memories. Perhaps the restaurant staff were not used to foreigners, and no one served us. A young male staff member was working hard to serve the customers, but the other staff members did not even take their plates away, and after all the other customers had finished their desserts and coffee, they went out on the deck and looked out at the sea. . . At that point, 20 minutes had passed and my main dish plate hadn't arrived, so I said to what appeared to be a manager in a white jacket, "Excuse me, could I please have service like everyone else?" oh my god! The person who appeared to be the manager was furious and yelled, "What are you talking about? What are you talking about? You idiot!"
