I am planning to study different grafting techniques applied in coffee, what's the best variety to use for Rootstock and scion? Thank you.

I was a coffee growers in Guyana. It grows very fast there. No grafting. We leave one tree to drop it's seeds n they grow in abundance. In the rainy seasons I just pulled it out of the wet soft soil n replant. Start to produce coffee in about 3 years maybe less. I break off the tip when it's about 4ft high n the tree spreads out more.
