I heard someone once said that the reason we have fear of speaking is because of our ego, we hate the idea of sounding stupid we don’t want to make mistakes while speaking in front of people, and that is the main reason we have anxiety while speaking, if deep inside our hearts we believed that it is ok to make mistakes it is ok to not deliver the perfect speech once in a while we will slowly increase our abilities to speak and deliver ideas smoothly

Nitinbhai, I beg to defer. Perfection is subjective whereas completion is not. The definition of perfection varies from person to person, hence a person can achieve completion with perfection. I do agree that there should be a balanced approach.
