I dont think she starved them on purpose? She kept coming back feeding them. Why didnt you put out fruit or seeds for her? She was a lone doing this! I had a black bird with a nest in my yard this year. I put peanuts out and fruit she fed the babies good! Shame on you!

We had House Wren Birds nesting and breeding in a flowerpot in the wardrobe. This is now the 2nd brood in a year. Luckily the young animals are very safe!

I saw the curious cat. Booo!! I am in the beginning stages of building a "cattery" - an outdoor cat enclosure. I love my cats, but I also love the birds!!! And the little lizards and the squirrels!!! It is the responsible thing to do. My cats are safe from wandering, from cars or dogs or cruel people. And my beloved birds are safe from the cats. Cat owners - please considsr it, if you cant confine your kitties indoors!!!

People feed cats, cats destroy wildlife just for their own entertainment, and I often see people in comment on instagram or youtube then call the cat's action "nature" although a human gave them shelter, fed them, and brought the cats in in the first place. Silly humans

The bird did not kill its chicks. The chicks died because thats how nature works when a bird cant find enough food. You really need to learn how to title your video properly. For the bird to have killed the chicks with starvation, wed have to see it flying back and forth with food in its mouth eating it all and never sharing any knowing that it can but just wont. That did not happen in this video.

Probably hard for birds to find food in the suburbs where everyone keeps perfectly useless grass lawns and kill off any native flora because they are “weeds”, thus creating “food deserts” by suppressing biodiversity in the area.

Cannot abide cats..would have had a one way ticket to the vets after that..

cats can do so much damage in wildlife. As pets, owners should have more control.
