I really enjoyed this. I’m an empath and I often get the short end of the stick. I recently lost my job ( i didn’t like it anyway) because of that. People constantly complained to me, the energy in that place was weird, the people were weird. And just like you said my “leaders” hadn’t even conquered themselves and I had to look up to them it was annoying. When I see stuff like this and I know that I’m the only one it makes me feel better. And that’s the truth 😉

I'm surprised this doesn't have way more views. It's a great point that we've trapped ourselves in a cycle, given up on ourselves, and then hope some external factor pushes us to our goals we want for ourselves.

The military and corporate world are related, and yes, there is ranking systems in the work world. It all has it's basis in hierarchical structures. It's called Scientific Management...and it's a relic.
