This is overly optimistic, I think. As a developer I fear it will only become harder to find jobs we are qualified for, and at a certain point it might be best to just give up and try something else.

The debatable but certain emotional quality of the singing jazzy voice is absolutely NOT matched by the visual/ avatar video. This low quality so-wished high fidelity, hyper-reaslistic ad-styled video, while not a problem to attest or just observe, brings in a dilemma we as human designers face today: is AI in 2025 good enough - as a tool - to serve our current UX design purposes? I just wonder how far the make-believes will really serve us?

Let's hope AI does not possess the same biases as this video's animations. It never ceases to amaze me how the illustrations in these types of videos are always european centered. Imagine talking about something like oral traditions but the animation is showing ancient romans. Who do you think taught the romans and greek "scholars", it was the Africans. The time has long since past for the west to stop trying to white wash history.

Agree that this is not a great song as such, and it would never make the top of the Billboard charts. But the point is that it was made with AI in a very short time, which is what makes it feasible to use this type of medium for highly specialized small-budget or no-budget purposes like this fireside chat (no budget!). Also, AI expands the creative opportunities beyond creators with strong craft skills to creators like me (Jakob Nielsen) who can't, for example, compose music. No, the flaws are not deliberate, they simply represent the current state of the art. AI is terrible at counting and spelling. And, as you noted, at pronouncing certain words. In some song versions, Suno also mispronounced my name (Jakob), but that annoyed me enough that I didn't post them. I posted a few alternatives as Instagram Reels (instagram.com/uxtigers/reels/). One trick to guide pronunciation is that you can break up words. For example, to ensure that UX is pronounced as two syllables, write it as "U X." I did the same with "ADP List" in the Instagram versions since Suno mispronounced that name here.
