I cant afford a +2 level of socketed warcry implicit kaom's heart unfortunately. This looks like a generic hexblast trickster and it's pretty cheap by the look at it.

Unique jewel makes damage behave differently.. instead of taking away life, it reserves life thats why you see his reserved life keeps changing. Its basically if he has 100% reserved life he dies.

Dissolution TLDR: Red life = resource Reserved Gray life = DEAD -> Duck away from fights or dodge for 2 second window to unreserve life. 2 second window of not taking damage = all reserved life unreserved damage dealt to you reserves life instead of taking away from red life pool.

its a ritual base, harvest reforge influence to get it to shaper influenced, then idk, probably check craft of exile how to get those rolls. Maybe recombinator idk.
