we've recently started using and now the operators are creating the sops themselves rather than someone above creating to a good standard you have operators cutting corners of procedures do you recommend that higher ups will set the standard and that the operator will follow or do you think the operator should create the standard , as someone who is using it daily to benefit me aswell as others it doesnt always happen in every area , while i do think its a great add to the company i dont think it should be updated via operators until its beeen spoken with higher ups aswell as i dont think it should be written by the operator but that is what the company seems to want

I remember when Putera shared this. When the glove appeared in the picture as if it's been there the whole time...I just stared in disbelief. Solutions like this combined with the efficiencies of GembaDocs makes the SOP process even more streamlined.

Great improvements! The feature i would like to see most is a way to sort Kanbans/SOP with folders. One of the top reasosn for this would be so we could move a card to a folder once it's been printed. If not folders maybe some kind of toggle where we can indicate when a card has been printed. Thanks

I usedGemba Docs yesterday to build two SOP’s and the new features were great. Continual Improvement is the name of the game!
