How many miles did you have when you first did this?

I think it was around 1k miles. The book says like 10k but you cant hurt anything by having fresh fluids.

Totally off topic of the video but did you need to drill any holes in your handle bars when you replaced them? For the controls?

Your bar end mirrors, how easy was it to install? I want new grips, and gigure I might as well have some new mirrors as well
@resatchel43894 ай бұрын
On these OEM handle bars it was a real PITA. The stock bars are weighted so they have solid steel plugs welded into the ends. I had to drill them out until it was large enough for the mirrors to fit.

Does the back tire rub on the brake arm did you have to bend it out
@resatchel43896 ай бұрын
It fits fine, however you could easily bend it slightly. I don't believe that would cause any problem.

That's cool but I hope by now you've gotten rid of that stock exhaust. Vance and Hines makes a great one that's reasonably priced and about 10 pounds lighter (but it is louder 🤷🏻♂️)

Check the spark plug wire. They are prone to pop off. Also make sure choke is on if its a cold start up. Or the choke could be wide open and your getting to much fuel. I would start by checking thoes first. The Navi manual can be accessed online with a quick google search and will tell you about the choke and what not.

Why not just get a Grom

Thats a stupid comment. I have 4 other bikes. I wanted a scooter. So I got a scooter.
@Steamrunner Жыл бұрын
The Navi is a tinker's dream with upgrade parts often being budget friendly (It's crazy how many GY6 or Honda scooter engine parts bolt up). Want to change the color or you dropped the bike? It's less than $60 dollars for all the plastics. Your R6 can't come close if you get bored of its color or lay it down. Want to buy a second set of wheels and have them handy with dual sport knobby tires? $160 for both wheels and another $100 for the tires. Half an hour later and you're ready for some light trail riding. It's under $30 shipped for the NCY 1,000 rpm springs and the variator weights are $30 as well, the two bigger performance upgrades. For those who do not tinker, the bike is good enough for most town/city riding. You can have all the upgrades for far less than the price of a new Grom or you can keep it bone stock (maybe even two upgraded Navis if you live in the inflation taxation hell I call home). I didn't get a Grom because I could not find a new one for less than $6,000 after all the dealer and state fees (The Z125 was $5,800). The used Grom/Z125 market here is stupid expensive too, well over a new Navi's cost with all the upgrades I could ever want. And as Resatchel said, most of us have other bikes. I have a V-Star and much prefer the Navi in tourist laced traffic over the less nimble cruiser.
@grantreynolds327 Жыл бұрын
I guess to try something different. And being half the price of a grom is also a bonus.

Amazon! They are the same headlight a jeep cherokee XJ would use. The headlights on the minicab are that old standard bulb. You will need to solder and tap into factory harness to get the running light and turn signals working on each one.

I put a 2" lift on the company's 2019 HiJet. The tire shop handled the alignment. These trucks are a game changer as UTV's are too inefficient. So many options to make a JDM fit the task.

@MoaByte-v2z Жыл бұрын
@@resatchel4389 lol... Not much different. I can only squeeze 22x8 tires under there without cutting away the cab. 30 miles to the gallon and tires last much longer. SXS gets 10-12 mpg and tires last a season.
