i bought it on a car parts shop in Oxford mate

@@handynate well fuck if thats not across the oceans...i installed headers, but my flanges were already cooked and cut off prior. not wanting to cut the flanges on the headers, but the flanges i add seem slightly clocked wrong and at this point im over it. so clamps and cutting it is. may try the ones on bimmer world even tho 50mm says its slightly to big to "clamp" enough too.

@@Kraxt0n its such a pain that! if i remember well, these clamps i got were up to 55mm, it worked well, i also put loads of exhaust paste to prevent any leaks

it was deleted when i bought it

could be gaskets poor quality or the housing itself could be cracked somewhere

that i remember, there is no pin on the actual crank, there is indeed a whole that might be there for locking.. sorry this was a long time ago so i dont remember well 🤣🙂‍↕️

@@handynate there is a pin for the timing gear for sure, but im not sure if there is a pin for the pulley because my customer's car's pulley broke and flew off

@@dvsonwong5301 that i remember i had to put the crank pulley in a certain position, the pulley has a hole that if i remember well, it goes into a little pin

hi, that might be your valve steam seals that its causing the smoke on start up, that used to happen to my car. because the seals might not be doing their job of sealing, so the oil will find their way in through the intake valves and cause the smoke.
