If the pleats of your hakama have become faint after washing, neatly fold it again and place a weight on top to help restore its shape. When washing your hakama, fold it properly, place it in a laundry net, and let it dry while still folded to maintain its form.

Wow 😮 You don't look anyway near that age! And even if you can't manage the physical aspects of the art, your knowledge should not be lost!
