I absolutely love this tumbler. I think doing some monstera leaves and flowers with this technique would look amazing with gold offset.

I loved this tutorial. I do have a question. Why do you put the vinyl over the paper, why not just use the vinyl?

Great question, I didn't have this design in a vinyl decal at the time of this video, it worked out in order to show how the technique could be done when using a waterslide image on a dark background. Thank you so much for watching!

How do you get the epoxy not to go inside the tumbler when applying around the rim?

Great question, when applying the epoxy I always try to go from the bottom up, never backwards from the rim down, so flowing the epoxy from the bottom up usually helps from the epoxy dripping inside the tumbler. I hope this helps.

How long is a drive on this bridge? 1hour or so? My goodness!! Have my eyes closed the whole time until the final stop… Those drivers driving my their focus remain on traveling in their lane until they have the chance to get over🙌🏽🙌🏽😳

Oh it’s a quick bridge maybe 10mins give or take. Yeah at the peak it’s pretty scary lol to me but I have many friends that love it.

I doodle all the time. I thought it would be silly to put it on a tumbler. Thank you. I have layed out parchment paper and melted crayon into a design of my liking and used it before. I ve been playing with the idea of melting right onto a tumbler. Im glad you made this. It is awesome!!

I tried this yesterday, and just as a heads up, my epoxy repelled. It was a fast-set, but not turbo. I also coated the entire cup with melted crayon, so perhaps it didn't have anything to grip. I wonder if I should have spray sealed. It was fun, and I will definitely try again!

Oh no! It shouldn’t have matter that you did the whole cup honestly. I’ve also used fast set and regular epoxy on my crayon tumblers, if you don’t use enough epoxy or to much heat or both then epoxy can repel but that can happen on any style tumbler. Absolutely, I use tack it glue for the foils. When you apply it give it a few mins bc you want it tacky before applying the foils. I hope this was helpful. 🩷
