Rahi, since the new updates start in action now... Shouldn't it be better if we clean the list on a half-yearly basis. 365 days and 2 years doesn't seem good enough. But yes it can depend upon the list size of the brand.

Basically most brands are scared to death to clean their list. So we deal this in two stages, 90 days unengaged which are non openers treated differently and then 365 days+ which are suppose to be cleaned. In video we discuss that most of campaigns should not be sent to someone who didn't open a single email in last 90 days. So this is in alignment with changes which got applicable from Feb 1. Still for most of the brands, 90 days is a small window to clean the list.
