People are still paying taxes but not like before that it was strictly enforced whether you have a job or not. The huge income from crude oil has made out governments to shift focus on internally generated revenue. Also, the high level of corruption has discouraged the common man from paying tax willingly. May Nigerians help Nigeria. I won't say that may God help Nigeria because God has already blessed Nigeria abundantly. It's left for Nigerians to do the needful to rescue the nation from total collapse.
