A tier 89 in 5,5 minutes? That is really bad. Frozen orb sorcs are running tier 101 in ~3 minutes, so you got some work to do. Also this is no secret, such a build has been around since start of season 4, build is called Jon Snow and made by Lurkin.

There aren’t any good damage builds for the Sorc. For this build you’ll need starless sky’s shako, and for fun tyrials might.
