Nice house but it won’t sturdy enough against super typhoons that are getting stronger each year!

Currently looking at 8 bedrooms design like this the whole first level is a semi enclosed outdoor/indoor living area with 2 bedrooms a hybrid indoor/outdoor kitchen and 1 full privacy T&B split design allow 2 people to use at same time, outdoor living has wide open lounge area with pool n fireplace.The first upper level has main kitchen with walk in pantry, dining area with balcony, lounge living area with balcony n one full B&T, n laundry room/utilities room. Second level has main master bedroom with privacy balcony a walk in closet n full privacy bathroom, 2 bedrooms with louge balcony n full shared B&T room n storage. Third level 2 more bedrooms each has lounge balcony, 1 is smaller master bedroom with privacy bathroom and another shared bathroom with storage. Fouth level has an open rooftop balcony the enclosed stargazer bedroom with retractable glass ceiling, bedroom has in room door access to 3rd level and sliding glass door access to balcony area, balcony area is accessible via ramps that connects to each floor level. Each level of the house is accessible though indoor stairs or though doors on balcony, balcony is ramp style to upper n lower level so wheelchair accessible also a retractable awning can cover balcony during rain. At least that's the plan 😅.

That's an awesome farmhouse. This is exactly what I like as it doesn't compromise on comfort and convenience. The balcony view is very serene. Thank you for this modern and elegant design - I so love it. 🌴🌾🌴❤

House is beautiful, however it should not take four and a half minutes before seeing the inside. Too many of the same scene from different angles. Vid should have been about six minutes long max. This time period leaves the viewer satisfied with the video, makes more time for your other ones and holds the attention to the actual product which is the house not the repeat of outdoor and indoor scenes.
