Sorry but no thanks! Something loose could be floating and smash the window. I’m sure the windows have been engineered to withstand great force but something could hit it. Ocean has lots of floating garbage..

I was on a cruise in February on the Carnival Pride and the waves went up to 25 feet! It was insane and we were delayed back to Maryland by like 6-7 hours

I know I’m watching this video years later, but I watched 4:53 at least 10 times, and pauses in between. I can’t get over the fact that it looks like there’s a person under the water. I see 2 legs. That freaked me out.

Don't think i'd enjoy that as much as this lady. If that window gave way under the pressure of those waves that little cabin would flood instantly and you could possibly be washed out into the ocean through that window hole as the water receeds back out and you couldn't do shit about it.

This is not a very rough sea,though it looks bad when a wave hits the side of the ship and causes lots of spray,this cabin is fairly low.The creaking is a good sign,it means the ships plates are flexible as opposed to being completely rigid.A force 12 on the Atlantic which creates waves of 50 feet plus is an adventure to say the least, especially if you are on a smaller ship,say 8 or 20 or 35 thousand tons with no stableisers like the Cunarders ( except the 2 Queens) and others before these one hundred thousand plus ships started plying the oceans.

Oh my goodness! 😮 a bit unnerving. But that water is beautiful! The color. It's amazing. What is the creaking? The ship? And the booming, is that coming from under the ship? Spooky. 😟😟😟 What deck were you guys on? Great footage! It's mesmerizing to watch. 😊
