Love this interview! I guided Bree to call Duke in her struggle. It took a lot for her to call Duke that rainy day. I’m glad she did! Seeing the friendships she formed as a result has been heart warming! She use to stay with me when she’d come back from India trips. She always had a fierce way of showing up to life. What a gift to have these moments to remember!! She’ll always live deeply in our hearts! Thanks for sharing Mikey and Duke 🥰

Fierce is right. That was her manner. It was like she was always testing her boundaries to conquer fear. I am so happy you liked the video. I made it with a lot of love and attention. She always encouraged me to do new things. She pushed us towards entrepreneurship which was never something I had thought of for myself. She told me back in 2008 that I should do blogging! I didn't even know what that was and now I am making videos of all kinds from shooting to sound to lighting to storytelling to video editing to graphics to content marketing ! It's pretty wild and gratifying. Thank you Bree for pushing Mikey and I along our Kung Fu journey! Her memory lives on in our lives, Tamar

I appreciate Duke’s and your honesty of the rocky steps you both have taken in your lives. Sometimes when we are down we think we are alone, going through things that others don’t. The truth is, everyone goes through something, everyone has hardships. Thank you for sharing just a small amount of your rough road you have walked. Thank you for sharing with us that there is hope, there is more, and to never give up. Thank you for your kindness and love you are giving. 🫶

Animal boxing is not made for sport. Most applications are breaking bones, removing flesh, striking your eyes, and striking the groin. But it is very effective...

Do you think you would last 30 sec. With a wild animal. I don't think so. People who meet me think differently afterward. If you only value martial arts just for fighting, you lose a lot of knowledge. Watch my other videos...
