Knox Lane is a private equity fund. After the execs get paid, Knox will begin to squeeze the life out of the company. Wonder how many who got a check this year will be there next year? Yes the employees got big checks. Do Ruppert give them any help with how to spend or invest it? I doubt many of the workers have much financial savvy as they likely live paycheck to paycheck like most Americans . Its a wonderful thing theyve done, but a bit like winning the lottery.

They are a joke they failed to tell you that they make the Formans drive their own vehicles to large jobs they’re supposed to be given $60 a week in petty cash And if you use it after you submit your paperwork to get the bonus it takes him about six months to get you back you’re a fucking joke

Man, I wish I worked there. Where I work I got a $77 bonus for Christmas, and I worked here for 18 1/2 years. Everyone in the shop got the same. A $100 bill with taxes taken out, which equals $77. The people who worked here one day before Christmas and the people who worked here 20+ years, got the same bonus. So much for being a loyal employee to the company!

One time I got a Christmas bonus……an embroidered blanket, bearing the logo of the company I was working for. At that time, the company was worth about $35 Billion dollars.

Anyone thinking about working at Ruppert should do a self examination of their personality type,its a good company but it is to say the least a personality driven organization,you must have the Ruppert personality which generally is aggressive and outgoing.I see people who I worked with 25 years ago who have succeeded greatly at Ruppert and now have management/leadership positions.I could have predicted that 25 years ago because they had and im sure still have that Ruppert personality,if you are good at what you do they will provide you with a stable relatively secure job but if you lack that Ruppert persona advancement is not likely....again its a good company but you have to succeed in the culture as well as at the work it's self.
