i have z590 meg ace with 11600k, 2080S, 980pro, no sata devices or anything and 2nd system is z490 itx with 10400, 970 pro, no video card. i have tried and have everything but the ram MB CPU PS unplugged.

@@alitechno I did more troubleshooting and found I had plugged the 2nd system CPU plug into the wrong port. ( It is confusing because it is labeled as the 2nd CPU plug on the first row of ports. ) The 2nd CPU needs to be plugged into the second row CPU plug and it works as advertised. Glad I figured it out as they are out of stock everywhere. :(

I showed this video to overclockers.co.uk support where the PSU was purchased and they sent a replacement which worked fine. 2 PSU's were returned before a good PSU was sent to me. The PSU seems to be of very high quality from the outset, I just think I was unlucky to get 2 faulty PSUs in a row. As this PSU is backed by a 12 year warranty I wouldn't hesitate getting it, just go for it. Just ensure whoever you buy it from has a solid returns policy just in case. I am sure you would do that for anything you purchase anyway.
