How did you determine that 102 chains would be your foundation chains for this size small measurements My measurements are 14.5 ,15.5 and 20 inches.
@mainmadecrochet20 күн бұрын
@@crystalbrown6498 hi there :) If 14.5 is your measurement from your throat to your ribcage, you want to make a chain that length (14.5) and then add an additional 16 inches (at minimum, if you like longer straps you can make a longer chain) The 16 inches is for the straps that tie behind your back. From what you have told me your foundation chain should be 30.5 inches The math 14.5+16= 30.5 inches For whatever hook and yarn you choose to use, make a chain that reaches that length (30.5 inches) for your foundation chain . Hope this helps ☺️💐

I like how you did the triple crochet stitch on doing the ruffles. I'm going to try this.
@mainmadecrochet25 күн бұрын
@@sheilaland8284 thank you! It works up way faster which is nice because the ruffles do take some time and some effort of the wrists! 😅

You didn’t explain what to do if the measurements were different. Like i have my measurements but no idea what to do with them….
@mainmadecrochet2 ай бұрын
Hi there! 😊 so I explain how to make a different size at 1:04 sorry if it was not With your first measurement (the one that starts at your throat and ends and your rib cage) you start the project by making a chain the same length as this measurement. Next you continue crocheting until the project is as long as the second measurement (or until your desired length) The third measurement will vary if you choose to change how big or small you would like your top to be! :) I hope this is more clear let me know if tou need more help !
