It was the way he jumped out of his sleep to go the bathroom to check on Clair and realized she wasn’t in there. The concern Cliff had on his face when he realized Clair didn’t make it to the bathroom due to her cramps. I love how Clair insisted laying on the floor and decided to lay with her.

The last time that I had a Charlie horse pull or a leg cramp was two years ago and it happened at 3:30 🕞 am Monday morning and I couldn’t get out of bed. The pain, it was excruciating. The main cause of leg cramps is dehydration. Claire was not drinking enough water. Claire could have kept her cup of water on the nightstand next to the side of the bed that she sleeps on. I am glad that Cliff took care of her.
