how works the set with rear camera from fitcamx? didn´t found a video or installtion of that reart camera!? is the rear camera connected with front camera by wifi or must i lie down a cable from rear to front?

Yes, I saw on their site that it's a single cable that you have to run to the front camera. There is an optional fuse box connection if you want collision detection recording too. I also could not find any videos on the best way to install the rear camera, but I guess it depends on the car. I'll be fitting one to an F34 3 series GT some time soon. If I can be bothered, I'll maybe make a video on it

Road-legal racecars are the most badass thing you can invent. Companies can market their road car as a "race car for the road" but there WILL always be differences, even in cars such as the CLK GTR, wich did only the bare minimum to have its production version be road-legal. But when the race car itself is road-legal, it theoretically could be produced, as expensive as it might be. And this thought exites me

They have to be street legal. This is a travel stage to the next special stage. Public roads are NOT for racing.unless they closed off for all traffic.

This is one of the aspects of rally that I really love. The pilots need to drive on normal public roads between stages and to the service areas. When they finish one stage they immediatly move to the next stage, and they have a schedule and need to be on the starting line on time, but... They are also obliged to respect the Traffic rules and legal speed limits, also, the organization of the event knows the medium average of the time it takes the public roads between stages, so if the driver makes it too fast he will be at risk of immediatly being kicked out of the competition. And minor disrespects for the public roads, if observed by any official, can imply a harsh time penalization. In simple words: Any disrespect for the public roads can imply a much bigger time penalty than a mistake on the race stages.

@@R2122-o7g Nice! In Poland, though, I imagine it would be extremely hard to achieve. We have very strict rules when it comes to emissions, car modifications and volume of the exhaust. For example, I've installed a supercharger in my car and increased the power almost by a factor of two - otherwise, everything was stock, the emissions were fine (catalytic converter still present), and it wasn't loud at all. Unfortunately, the sheer fact of increasing the stock power is already a grey area, and some diagnostic stations refused to give me a stamp of approval during interim reviews.

So I've now learned about this thing they do. Apparently, what the Rally Cars are doing is: they're driving on public roads mapped by the organizers of the event called "Liaison routes". They use these routes to get from one Special Stage to another, where they actually go full throttle. During these Liaison Routes, they have to follow all Traffic Regulations and still arrive at a set time at the Starting Point of the next Special Stage, if they arrive too late, that's a penalty on their full rally time.
