Best team to rebuild is UConn. Your region has mediocre teams other than the Rutgers and Penn state so recruiting is pretty easy and what I did was move to a different conference after I had at least a 7-5 season which I finished with 9-3 season so I moved to the acc for the Atlantic coast but because big ten football is way to good for UConn for season to but at the end I made them win two national titles and a 97 overall

I am doing a Seahawks franchise right now and I have gotten my QB 2 superbowls and a MVP on his rookie contract. We could’ve threepeated but in 2029 I lost in OT by 1 point in the divisional to the Panthers because apparently Bryce Young is good in 2029 🤣. Thinking about doing Raiders or Titans as a sim franchise
