I’d start by creating a free version of your template and then creating an email campaign to upsell to your premium template. Have you submitted your template to the Notion gallery?

Template looks great, one question. Quite often clients will need one off jobs doing, like change website images or even just change phone number, but it's not a project, at present in ClickUp I have both client projects and client tasks. So can tasks be added to clients and not linked to a project?

Good question: at the moment N4A is setup so that the client projects are the home for all engagements with the client. So you would have one client project for all projects and tasks (including one off tasks) within that project page. However, you can definitely tweak the template so that you have a client dashboard that contains inside it client projects and client tasks. Please sam i need a help I have got the essentials badge and in near time i will get settings and sharing ones but there is a big problem I can't find people to work with for free to train and when i ask for ideas or anything else i get hated only i started to lose hope and also most people hate the way i talk with because i am not a native speaker I am scared of not finding people to work with so i cannot demonstrate what i have learned on real projects and i am scared i cannot get zoom calls with companies cuz of my mid English and bad accent If you can help please give me the hope again i tried really hard

Hey there! If you're referring to how long it took me to make Notion for Agencies I would say about 9 months. Not because it takes that long to create a Notion template but because I had to offer Notion consulting before I had the expertise to build the template. In terms of mentor, the only course I've taken is Molly Jone's Notion Consulting course. Admittedly I had already been consulting for some time before taking the course, but I still got a ton of value out of it. Hey Robert, good question! Personally I would say the future of Notion consultants is looking good. There are over 4M users and only around 70 certified Notion consultants. That being said, I don’t think it’s a bad idea to offer consulting for other tools as long as it doesn’t slow down your progress. Ultimately, you’re looking to build the right systems for your clients which might not always mean using Notion. I’ve also spoken about how Notion consultants can look for opportunities outside of Notion. Although I understand, and somehow share, your statement on the notion avatars, I think it is a better option to start with a Notion Style avatar. Firstly cause it gives people the idea that you are "part of Notion" or its community ( I don't know if you get what I mean), secondly cause it doesn't cut you off directly from switching, or including, other kind of things in your social media accounts.

Good question: Yes! I am continually making improvement to Notion for Agencies and them pushing them out. I am currently working on making use of the Home feature.

I really like the simplicity and consistency of everything. I've definitely gone in the opposite direction with my in progress setup. I wonder how well something like this would work with multiple phased projects that consists of 100+ tasks. Would someone who reviews work be the lead on a task even if that's the extent of their work? How does it become clear whose responsibility it actually is to do the task?

I think this setup could definitely handle multi phase project with lots of tasks. The fact it has a simple layout actually would help handling larger amounts of data. And good question: the Lead of the task should be the person who is responsible for getting the thing done. So in your example, the person doing the task would be the lead and the person reviewing it would be the supporting. Hope this helps!

This is an awesome setup! Do you share your tasks database with clients? I've had trouble figuring out a setup because it's basically an all-or-nothing with how notion handles it so far. So either I let them see everything or have a separate database for every client which obviously would be a giant pain. I'd love to know how you manage this!

Good question: there are a couple of work arounds. 1. Use net-new tasks database for each client and use Notion new home feature to get an overview. I am building out an end to end software product management solution in Flutterflow and firebase but the workflow is awful and takes too long. I know I could build it out in Notion much quicker but if I were to sell it on the Notion marketplace where people can purchase and duplicate the template, how would they they get updates to the template if were to keep improving it and adding functionality? What would stop someone from nicking the URL to the template and then reselling it themselves on gumroad or etsy?

Can someone please help me?? I can't see USD currency (only the value) in the board view of the sum of the estimated value, knowing that the estimated value is a Rollup field type

Hey there! To update the currency you should go to the "Services & Offer" page and change the "Price" property to USD. This will then update the roll-up and formula over on the CRM. Hope this helps!
