BT 3rd is fine, also the biggest WR on ezreal so u can rush it, whenever they don't build armor and u need sustain. If not, rush shojin ! if need pen armor, grudge. or like in this video, frozen heart

Then they roam the whole game, because now that the enemy adc is 3/0 and its unplayable for them. That happens right after they announce "adc diff" in all chat, or sth along those lines, because them beeing 0/3 minute 4 is obviously the result of mindcontroll on them.
