When I try to add a texture from the tray after baking all mesh maps then why the applied texture is not visible and it stays the same default color all the time whenever i applied a texture. So tell the solution if you have.

For those of you using baked light, right click on the respective "Hot"/"Cold" levels, go to "Lighting Scenario" and click "Change to Lighting Scenario". Then you can bake the lighting separately

Hey, are you sure you've complied with the collision nomenclature? with the "UBX_Name of your prop_01" (dev.epicgames.com/documentation/en-us/unreal-engine/fbx-static-mesh-pipeline?application_version=4.27#collision)? And after that selected everything and exported all in the same fbx?

I forgot to mention that you can put 1 channel in passthrough then right-click on it and select “apply to all channels” instead of doing all channels one by one 🙂

How did you change your fill layer icon it looks good ....2nd when i export rgb map mine is mostly in white is there something left to be done

Hi, I think you can go to Edit --> Settings --> General --> Tick "Use Simplified Thumbnails (improves performance)". I use it all the time and I think that's what you're looking for. For your export problem, no, there are no extra steps needed, maybe redo it and make sure you've configured your export preset correctly, it's really important. Maybe try exporting to Targa and not PNG, just to see.

this is an old video, needs nanite enabled for tessellation to work properly in 5.3. In 5.4 it's enabled by default (experimental).
