80-95% of genetics is focused on the brain. Even the man who discovered genetics says that intelligence is genetic. Race realism is just Truth.

Invent a device that integrated into the human body that stops unnecessary thoughts from entering the mind while engaging in productive activities such as studying, job interviews, cooking, business, learning to ride scooters, scooty, bikes, cycle, cars, e rickshaw, job doing, football playing, chess playing, carrom playing, meditation, yoga, exercise, learn new skills or things etc and even if we intentionally try to think about unnecessary thoughts this device stops unnecessary thoughts from arising and doesn't allow unnecessary thoughts from entering the mind but notice that this device has no negative side effects and makes a rule all over the world that this device is free for everyone.

So we should fast all day and then not eat in the evening, great. The problem with you guys is you make things so needlessly complicated for no reason. The context of a person's entire lifestyle matters. You can't see the wood for the trees

I have not eaten "after sundown" for 6 years. It completely changed my poor health. Note I say "sundown". This doctor is saying to stop eating a couple hours before bedtime. That is not optimal at all. As he said melatonin is released by the pineal glands and those are activated by the setting sundown. So during the shorter days of the fall/winter/spring one can be eating too late at 7PM or even 6PM. Thus you would compromise the benefits. Most people would react by saying I could never stop eating by 6PM or sundown in the winter. Wrong. See Dr. Satchin Panda's video interviews by Dr. Patrick and Dr. Chatterjee. Our bodies recognizes patterns - for survival. Thus if one eats at the same time each day (lets say noon for this example), then the body recognizes that patterns and concludes that "food is available at this time of day." Per Panda, a "circadian" clock alarm is set for about an hour PRIOR to noon so that each day afterwards that alarm goes off and triggers the pancrease to release insulin - WHICH MAKES YOU HAVE FEELINGS OF HUNGER. Why? To optimize your ability to eat the apparent "abundant" food at NOON. A similar mechanism has to do with WHAT you eat. I heard two MD's say that by regularly eating the same food, the body detects this "abundance' and changes the DnA in the taste-buds of the tongue so that you enjoy this apparently "abundant" food. This all makes sense when say 10,000 years ago or even 1,000 years ago, food was uncertain. Taking advantage of any "abundant" food. I went to a retreat no long ago with the renowned naturopath Barbara O'Neil out of Australia. How good is she? In 2019 Australian health government "banded her for life from practicing or lecturing..." on her naturopathic "beliefs." Her eating motto is simple: "For breakfast eat like a king. For lunch eat like a queen (smaller portions) and for supper eat like a pauper (and remember that paupers often had no food). At the retreat our "dinner" was very light - broths with well-cooked vegetables and it was 6:15PM (in February so close to sundown). I told the above to a stranger on a golf course. Four weeks later he found me on a golf course to tell me that he was 73 years old and had struggled with Type II diabetes for over 20 years. Nothing seemed to improve his health. So he tried the above. He changed nothing else but stopped eating before sundown. He said that in the first week he had a slight but noticeable and unprecedented consistent downward trend in his AM glucose test scores. That motivated him. When he came to me, that was the end of his 4th week of not eating after sundown - he wanted to tell me that his glucose that morning was 78 (normal). He said "I have not seen such a low score in a very long time. I now believe that I will be getting off these drugs and will live a much better life than I had feared." FOUR WEEKS turned around 20+ years of diabetes.

I'm sure this is true for the general population, but not for athletes. I workout 6 days a week and I need to eat something small like low fat plain yogurt before I go to bed in order to shorten the length of catabolism during sleep. I'm very healthy. Those late night snacks haven't killed me yet. 🙂
